Conditions for obtaining service

Submitting the application by the government body, duly singed and certified, on the approved form for this purpose, attached with all the documents related to the project to be executed.
The body should have selected one of the energy services companies approved by the fund to conduct energy auditing, and attached the company’s proposal including the timetable and estimated cost, or have a ready study prepared by one of the approved energy services companies

Procedures

The program is submitted according to three different method, under determined conditions and procedures for each method:

First method: providing the technical support and coordinating between the government bodies and executing companies.

Second method: providing partial monetary support

Third method: providing revolving financing

Procedures of granting energy auditing (for all methods)

The fund shall announce the conditions and standards of the work of the program.
The government body shall submit the application on the approved form for this purpose, attached with all the related documents.
The technical committee in the fund shall sort, study and evaluate the applications and prioritize them based on energy consumption and file its recommendations to the manager for approval.
Following the manager’s approval, the government body shall notify the energy services company to start conducting the study, according to the standards and conditions determined by the fund.
The fund shall pay for the study cost.
